1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of Mopeso, operated by SILVERSEVEN INTERNATIONAL LLC ("we", "us"). Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy. Mopeso is intended for adults aged 18 and over using it for personal financial planning.

2. What Mopeso provides

Mopeso provides financial readiness estimates, monthly plans, scenario comparisons and goal records based on information you enter. Results are personal planning estimates, not credit bureau scores, credit reports, lending decisions or promises of approval.

Mopeso does not offer loans, accept loan applications, arrange lending, approve credit or disburse funds. Profile verification maintains your account information; it is not a loan application.

3. Using estimates responsibly

Results depend on the accuracy and completeness of your inputs and the app's calculation assumptions. They cannot predict every change in your circumstances or the decisions of financial institutions. Review your figures before relying on an estimate.

The app provides general information, not personalised professional financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Seek an appropriately qualified adviser when making decisions that require one. We do not guarantee financial outcomes.

4. Your account and information

Use your own account and provide accurate information. Keep your device, password and verification codes secure. Do not impersonate others, submit documents without authority, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised access.

Assessments and planning records are stored locally. Export records you wish to keep before deleting local data or changing devices. The Privacy Policy explains separately what is sent to our service and how to request account or data deletion.

5. Availability and your rights

Features may be updated, and access may be interrupted by maintenance or technical problems. You can stop using Mopeso at any time and contact us for assistance with your account.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer or data protection law. We will publish updates here and provide any notice or agreement required by law.
